My WoRd
I have a wonderful friend here in Mccall and for the last several years she has chosen one word to be her word for the year. She works on this work all year long. So for this year I have decided to choose a work for myself and work on this all year. My word is ME. For any of you know me know that this is something that I don't do at all. So this is year I am going to work on this I know it will be difficult for me but it is time. So wish me luck!

HaPpY BiRtHdAy BABY 'K"
February 5 2011
Well our Karcyn (baby "k") as I like to call her turned 1 today! I can't believe how fast this past year has gone! I am sure that Michael and Jessica are feeling the same! All I can say is a big WOW! Karcyn your mommy is just awesome! I think you had the best 1st birthday that any little girl could have. Everything was Mini Mouse from your cake to the cookies to the cupcakes and on and on. I am so glad that Papa and I got to come down for the big party. I was a little afraid that we wouldn't be able to make it but we did. This day is a great day to have a birthday because allot of people share the same birthday as you, like Papa Evans, Jeffrey, Teddy and I think Nana Evans has some one on her side of the family that also shares this day with you!
Papa and I love you so very much and were so glad to spend this special day with you!
Ice Sculptures!
Sorry the pictures are mixed up but it has been so long since I have posted I forgot how to down load them so they would be in order. So here it goes: This year the city of Donnelly wanted to do an ice sculpture for the McCall Winter Carnival. McCall does this every year and it is a big celebration for two weeks the last week of January and the first week of February. Anyway the Donnelly Chamber decided to round up some of the local folks and get to work! Randy Priest came up with the idea to do a skull and a maze. We had three nights to put this together, since it it made with snow we had to work at night in the cold! I have never done anything like this before and I must say I had a great time. We were very fortunate to have a lot of volunteers for this project. I think that it turned out pretty good for out first one. Can't wait to see what we come up with next year!
